The production capacity of end beams has changed from a total of 80 beams produced in 20 hours by 12 people in two shifts to 100 beams produced in 8 hours by 2 people in a single shift. While increasing production and improving quality, the labor intensity of workers has been greatly reduced, and the occupied area of the site has been reduced by 2/3, providing a foundation for further implementation of advanced manufacturing transformation and 5S management.
